Rafters is Where Rustic meets Industrial Offering a newly constructed & thoughtfully designed event space, featuring a beautiful open Industrial influenced feel, ceilings open to the rafters, a gorgeous real hardwood floor throughout the main event space, along with beautiful new exposed spiral duct work, and modern yet rustic, influenced lighting fixtures. for 2022-2024 Seasons. Rafters Venue is located at 101 Friends Lane, Newtown, PA 18940 Our event space is just shy of 10,000 square feet in size, offering a beautifully unique event space! Bring your taste and your sense of style. We offer you the freedom to select your caterer* We do share our building with our sister company Brillman's Rental Barn(which has their own warehouse space separate from our 10,000 square feet). *all caterers are required to comply with our facility agreement terms, and must be licensed & insured.
