About Rafters
Rafters maybe the newest Event Venue in town, but it was born from years of experience and the
desire to offer a different option for hosting events.
Rafters Event Space by Brillman's is a labor of love created by the Brillman's family.
After years of owning and operating a highly successful party rental business, having managed other
venues, the family matriarch and genius behind founding Brillman's Rental Barn over 25 years ago,
saw a need and a new vision to expand and worked with her son and daugher
to design Rafters. Rafters is a unique open industrial themed event space,
featuring a newly updated space from floor to ceiling with capacity of 300.
Thoughtful event features, such as a built in bar, a beautifully decorated private suite,
with private powder room, all new large and spacious rest rooms, a professionally equipped
prep kitchen, including a ice machine. The pre-event space and main areas
have been conveniently lined with lots of double doored access to a friendly outside
area lined with a relaxing rain garden and hand picked landscaping.
What else makes Rafter's different?
At Rafter's, it's your event, so have your menu your way, select any
licensed & insured full service caterer or food truck. It's your party,
so shouldn't you be free to pick a menu that makes your party. Unlike most venues
that offer standard round or rectangle tables, because of Rafter's relationship with
Brillman's Rental Barn, you can select from a wide variety of tables, to design
a layout that customized to your event. Additionally, you can select from a variety of wood
folding padded chairs offering you more than just one option that's built into your
venue rental fee. With the vast Brillman's Rental Barn inventory offerings,
you can style the rest of your event's needs, to your taste and budget,
Rafters is the newest Event Venue located in Newtown, Bucks County, PA.
Rafters is able to host all of your special events, whether it's your Wedding celebration,
Mitzvahs, Gala, Fundraisers, Showers, Birthdays or Graduations.
Rafters offers a newly & thoughtfully designed event space, features a beautiful open
Industrial influenced feel, featuring ceiling open to the rafters, gorgeous real hardwood floor
throughout the main event space, along with beautiful new
exposed spiral duct work, and modern yet rustic influenced lighting fixtures.
